An experienced entrepreneur in the energy sector, Levon Termendzhyan focuses primarily on clean energy and biofuels. He maintains equity ownership in fuel additive company Viscon USA, which produces a product that improves the efficiency of diesel fuel while reducing its toxic emissions. Also the owner of Viscon International, the primary international distributor and financial backer of the Viscon product, Levon Termendzhyan has supported countries across the world in their testing of Viscon as a potential additive.
Through Viscon International, Mr. Termendzhyan has become an active member of the San Francisco Global Trade Council. In this role, he has helped more than seven countries to source new energy sector opportunities and improve environmental sustainability. Particularly active in the Turkish market, Mr. Termendzhyan submitted a proposal to the country’s Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources on behalf of his company Noil Energy Group, Inc., to provide cargo transportation of bulk-crude oil.
In the US, Mr. Termendzhyan has worked closely with American Indian tribes to support fuel requirements on tribal lands. He stands out as co-founder of a joint venture with an American Indian nation tribe in Yakima, Washington, that has since named him as its chief operating officer (COO) and given him complete authority for the tribe's business decisions. He is also in negotiations with tribes in Montana and California.
